Send Documents
Send documents securely to anyone, even if they don't have a gShare subscription. A guest account lets anyone receive information securely. Documents are encrypted in transit and in storage while waiting for your customer or client to collect. And, once the transfer is complete, the encryption keys are permanently deleted to prevent any future access, giving you complete piece of mind.
Request Documents
Don't you wish your customers or clients could send you documents securely just as you send documents to them? Well, with gShare you can. Confirm identity, address, qualifications and obtain copies of passport, utility bills, bank statements, driving licence etc. Simply specify exactly which documents are required (marking some as optional if you like) and send the request. Your customer or client can simply take a photo of these documents on their phone and send it back to you. You can also specify up front which document controls you want to enforce, like specifying a signature or a consent form to be completed. You are always in control with gShare.
